Not your grandma's mono

This is not your grandma's mono. I personally don't like using braid unless absolutely necessary, I put this on my frog rod and have never had to worry about loosing a fish. Threw moss, weeds, Lilly's, performed flawlessly!! #GetVicious
Great Mono

I've used a lot of mono over the years, Honestly don't use much anymore but have not been happy with what I was using previously I tried the Ultimate Mono. I must say this is one of the best mono's I've used in a long time. I gave it it's biggest test the first time I used it in Sept, bass fishing in Pike waters never lost a fish or broke off a bait even with pike strikes and no leaders. This last week it got a big workout fishing top water in TN. Over all I'm very impressed, it preformed well and has great knot strength. I use the Palomar knot almost exclusively and it held with 100% strength. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good solid Mono when Fluorocarbon or braid isn't needed.
